XL-21 Low-voltage power switch

The XL21 series power distribution cabinet is a low-voltage power distribution device that assembles switching equipment, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances, and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-closed metal cabinet or panel according to electrical wiring requirements. It is suitable for AC 50Hz power distribution systems with a rated voltage of 380V, used for power, motor control, and lighting. Power distribution cabinets are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, textile, building materials, machinery processing, and transportation.

Product Features:
1. The cabinet body is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm or more, bent and welded, with internal and external powder coating. Various external dimensions are available according to user needs.

2. The bends of the cabinet body are smooth and uniform after processing, without cracks. The weld seams are flat, without dents, burrs, cracks, or incomplete welds. The cabinet door is designed to open at an angle of not less than 120 degrees.

3. The electrical components inside the cabinet are installed using mounting beams or mounting plates. The system scheme is flexible, easy to install, highly versatile, and easy to maintain and repair.

4. The cabinet has a reasonable overall structure, an aesthetically pleasing design, and standardized wiring. Sufficient space is provided for cable entry and exit, and a fixed cable bracket is included for easy user wiring.

5. The distribution cabinet is typically single-sided and can be wall-mounted. Cable entry and exit holes are pre-drilled at the top and bottom of the cabinet; additional holes can be made according to user requirements.
